Said Bakkaly è segretario generale dell’associazione Incontro Mediterraneo per l'Immigrazione e lo Sviluppo (ARMID). Militante nel campo dei diritti degli immigrati dal 2000 nel nord del Marocco, ha contribuito insieme ai suoi compagni a dare luce alla questione dell’immigrazione partendo dai primi flussi di immigrati sub-sahariani che raggiungevano il Marocco con l'obiettivo di giungere in Spagna. Ha condotto numerose

iniziative a favore della difesa dei diritti dei migranti sub-sahariani e ha partecipato alla Nuova Strategia Nazionale su immigrazione e asilo adottata dal Marocco nel 2014.

Said Bakkaly is the general secretary of the Mediterranean Encounter for Immigration and Development Association (ARMID). Militant in the field of immigrant rights since the year 2000 in the north of Morocco, he has contributed in companion of his comrades in exposing the immigration question with the first flows of Sub-saharan immigrants reaching Morocco with the aim to cross to Spain. He initiated many initiatives in favour of defending the rights of Sub-saharan migrants and participated in the New National Strategy of Immigration and Asylum adopted by Morocco since 2014.
